GRANT PROCESS

GRANT PROCESS

Grant requests are received on an ongoing basis. The Gary and Gail Grelish Foundation only provides grants to registered charities (“qualified donees”) whose charitable organization’s purpose and work aligns with the Pillars of our Foundation.

If you want to apply for a grant, please email the Gary and Gail Grelish Foundation and include the following information in your email:

1. Briefly tell us about your organization and the good works being done. Please be sure to include the full legal name of your charity so we can verify your organization is a qualified donee.

2. Provide a brief write up on how the work your charitable organization does is compatible with the Pillars of our Foundation.

3. State if you are applying for (i) grant type 1, up to $2,500, (ii) grant type 2, up to $5,000, (iii) grant type 3, up to $10,000, or (iv) another amount, and provide a brief description of how you intend to use the funds.

4. Please provide a link to your organization’s webpage if you have a website.

We will contact you by email or telephone if your request is selected for further review. Further review involves a formal grant application and other vetting.

We are a volunteer run organization and while we are committed to timely communication, we are not always able to respond to all communications and / or granting inquiries. Qualified donees who are selected to move forward in the vetting process can expect to hear back from us within 14 to 60 days.

If you have emailed us with the preliminarily information above and have not heard back from us in the 14-60 day timeframe, please feel free to resubmit your grant request the following calendar year. Thank you.
